1、质量监控与数据分析：利用公司操作系统、监控平台及报表，实时跟踪关键质量指标；定期（日/周/月）汇总、分析质量数据，识别异常波动、趋势性问题及高风险环节；进行根本原因分析，定位质量问题的具体源头；分析来源于客服部门的客户投诉数据，特别是涉及操作质量的投诉，提炼共性问题，推动前端改进； 2、现场巡查与审计：定期或不定期对转运中心、分拨点、网点进行现场质量巡查与审计；检查操作人员是否严格遵守标准化操作流程；检查场地管理落实情况，评估操作环境对货物安全的影响；抽查货物包装、标识、运单信息准确性； 3、质量问题处理与改进：及时发现并报告重大质量事故或隐患；主导或参与调查具体质量事件，查明原因，界定责任；根据分析结果，制定并推动实施有效的纠正预防措施，跟踪改进措施的执行情况和效果验证； 4、标准制定与培训：协助制定、修订和完善各环节的质量标准、操作规范和检查清单；针对常见的质量问题和新的流程规范，为一线操作人员、班组长提供质量意识、操作规范、问题处理等方面的培训和引导； 5、跨部门协作：与运营、客服、网络管理、人力资源、信息技术等部门紧密合作，沟通质量问题，协调资源，共同推动质量提升项目；向管理层定期汇报质量状况、改进进展及风险预警。

1、本科及以上学历，物流管理、质量管理、工业工程、统计学或相关专业优先； 2、具备快递从业经验，其中及质量团队管理或项目主导经验者优先； 3、具有出色的观察力、分析判断能力和问题解决能力；熟悉基本的质量管理理念和工具，了解ISO9001等质量管理体系者优先； 4、具备较强的数据处理和分析能力，有使用BI工具（如Tableau，Power BI）或数据库基础（SQL）者优先； 5、具备优秀的沟通表达能力（书面和口头），能清晰传达要求、反馈问题，并有效协调横向协同部门； 6、坚持原则，责任心强，敢于指出问题并推动改进，具备良好的执行力。
