1、本科及以上学历，工商管理、经济学、市场营销等相关专业，硕士学位优先； 2、4年及以上电商相关工作经验，专注于活动管理、电商营销方向； 3、英语流利，可顺畅开展跨部门日常沟通与协作； 4、熟练使用Excel进行复杂数据集的分析与管理，具备数据驱动思维； 5、具备出色的团队管理、项目管理与跨部门协同能力。
