1、本科及以上学历，有8年以上电商行业商家招募或运营相关经验，有跨境电商和内容电商相关经验优先； 2、具备团队管理经验，有从0到1搭建团队或管理成熟业务团队经验者优先； 3、有国际电商业务经营管理经验，对业务PnL负责过，有韩国市场业务拓展经验优先； 4、有高效的沟通能力和跨团队协同能力，对内容营销有一定理解优先；逻辑清晰，总结提炼能力强，能独立输出高质量方案并推动落地； 5、结果导向，具有良好判断力和独立思考能力，善于分析数据驱动决策，在行业动向、商家表现、项目执行等方面以数据分析指导运营； 6、有国际化留学/生活经验优先，能适应跨文化的沟通工作环境，韩语或英语读写无障碍，口语能力强优先。
