1、本科及以上学历，4年以上整合营销运营工作经验，有东南亚市场经验优先； 2、熟悉电商平台运营逻辑，理解大促活动、用户增长、转化链路、补贴机制和流量分发； 3、有独立负责营销活动或区域级运营项目的完整闭环经验； 4、数据敏感，能通过指标分析发现问题，推动活动机制和资源配置优化； 5、跨团队协作和项目推进能力强，能在多国家、多团队环境下落地复杂项目； 6、理解TikTok内容生态、达人营销或直播电商，能将内容流量与电商转化结合，英文可作为工作语言。
