1、根据公司战略规划，制定国际化电商营销团队年度营销方案及相关活动，组建流程与计划，带领团队执行、顺利落地活动，实现电商年度经营业绩目标； 2、协调跨部门团队，组织策划整体营销方案、制定目标、预算分配、产品搭建等，整合相关资源及合作方，推动方案的实施并监督效果，提高平台在用户、商家及达人间之间的知名度； 3、负责电商营销信息的规划及拓展，运用各种流量工具、站外渠道及促销玩法，建设与沉淀消费者认知，从流量、转化等角度迭代，进行精细化运营； 4、进行市场调研，定期汇总行业数据、整理与分析当地市场各电商平台的营销玩法、主打商品、用户偏好、消费行为等综合性分析，发掘机会点，并不断优化营销玩法； 5、负责整合营销的团队组建、日常管理，有效建立人才培养及激励机制，发展优秀的营销运营团队。

1、五年以上电商运营管理经验，熟悉双11、双12 等重大电商节日营销流程及规则； 2、能独立制定电商平台整体营销规划及透传渠道，并有策划并落地的实战经验，有东南亚电商运营经验为加分项； 3、具备良好的团队领导能力、善于引导及激励团队成员； 4、具有平台意识和用户思维，能够洞察用户行为和行业趋势，寻找相应的机会点； 5、具备良好的沟通和跨团队、跨文化合作能力，能够协调跨国团队来顺利推动专案； 6、较强的执行力，有责任心和自我驱动意识，可以在复杂流程和变化的环境中快速突破；英语沟通流利，能作为主要工作语言。
