1、结合TikTok Shop及Tokopedia平台特点，构建完整的商家成长路径，覆盖入驻、冷启动、稳定经营到长期留存，提升商家的规模化发展与运营效率； 2、设计并实施中小商家增长策略，包括流量扶持、激励政策、培训体系等，确保商家在不同发展阶段获得有效支持，实现可持续增长； 3、通过商家画像分析、市场趋势洞察及A/B测试，优化商家孵化与成长策略，提升ROI和整体商业转化率； 4、负责中小商家的经营数据分析，根据业务发展阶段搭建指标监控体系，提炼核心量化指标，梳理关键过程指标，建立完整的数据监控体系，以数据驱动业务发展并提供实时监测与优化支持； 5、带领团队与产品、运营、市场等团队紧密合作，将战略转化为可落地的执行方案，确保战略目标在各业务环节高效推进。

1、本科及以上学历，具备5年以上电商、商业策略、增长策略等商业策略相关经验； 2、具备优秀的商业分析、数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL、Excel、Python/R等分析工具者优先； 3、具备较强的战略思维和逻辑分析能力，能够将复杂问题拆解为可执行方案并推动落地； 4、具备优秀的跨团队沟通与协作能力，能够在多方利益相关者之间协调资源，推动目标达成； 5、结果导向，执行力强，能够在快节奏环境中推动业务增长与创新； 6、英语能够作为工作语言。
