1、负责国际化内容社区的内容生态搭建与日常运营，围绕平台定位制定内容策略，提升内容质量、活跃度与用户粘性； 2、负责维护内容分类和兴趣体系，结合国际化用户偏好与平台调性，优化分类逻辑、完善兴趣标签，提升内容分发精准度与用户浏览体验； 3、监控内容数据（阅读、互动、留存、分发等），通过数据分析定位问题，持续优化内容方向、运营策略与推荐氛围； 4、协同产品、算法、市场、本地化等团队，推动内容策略落地，提升社区核心指标。

1、本科及以上学历，3-5年内容运营/社区运营/国际化内容运营相关工作经验，有国际化产品、社交社区、短视频/图文平台经验优先； 2、熟悉国际化用户内容偏好，对国际化文化、热点、潮流敏感度高，有跨境/出海内容运营经验者优先； 3、具备良好的数据分析能力，能用数据驱动运营优化，熟练使用Excel/各类数据后台； 4、英语可作为工作语言，具备良好的读写能力，能独立对接国际化创作者与信息检索；小语种加分； 5、具备优秀的沟通协调、项目推进能力，责任心强，能适应跨时区、跨团队协作节奏； 6、对内容社区有深度理解，有创作者运营、内容生态搭建、冷启动经验者优先。
