TikTok用户增长团队负责TikTok全球增长，用产品、技术驱动业务增长，让TikTok成为用户优选综合信息平台。我们帮助产品制定量身定做的增长方案，并利用各种营销、产品、数据分析手段达成业务增长目标。我们维护和优化一系列成熟的产品增长方案，并熟练将其应用到各种不同的业务中，推动业务增长；同时当发现新的增长机会时，我们也构建新的解决方案，帮助业务实现突破。

1、产品战略与规划：制定TikTok Lite在折叠屏设备的长期发展愿景、产品路线图及阶段性目标，主导大屏终端的用户增长与留存策略； 2、大屏体验创新：深挖大屏与折叠屏设备的物理特性，主导多列布局优化、组件化设计适配，探索如“分屏协同”“多任务并行”“自由缩放”等创新的大屏交互模式； 3、业务全链路适配：协同内容分发、社交交互、商业化变现等团队，确保TikTok Lite核心功能在多样化设备（内屏、外屏）上的体验一致性与功能完整性； 4、用户洞察与实验：通过定性研究与定量分析，洞察大屏用户特有的使用场景与内容偏好，持续优化产品细节； 5、全球化协作：与全球各地区的研发、设计、运营及市场团队紧密协作，确保产品在全球范围内的落地质量，并满足不同市场的差异化需求。

1、行业背景：本科及以上学历，具有3年以上互联网产品经验；有大屏端适配、折叠屏优化、或系统级交互设计（OS层面）背景者优先； 2、产品功底：具备优秀的逻辑思维与产品规划能力，对用户体验极度敏感，能够从复杂业务中抽象出简洁高效的产品方案； 3、数据分析：具备强的数据驱动意识，能够熟练运用数据分析工具进行用户行为建模，通过数据闭环推动产品迭代； 4、语言能力：英语可作为工作语言，具备优秀的跨文化沟通能力，能够与全球团队高效协作； 5、核心素质：具备强烈的自驱动力与好奇心，热爱短视频行业，对新技术（如柔性屏、分布式系统）有敏感度。
