1、负责探索并构建字节跳动AI Coding产品TRAE在各类研发场景内的业务落地，在真实对比与用户反馈中持续打磨产品能力； 2、能够有机会从0-1推进落地可用的产品形态，并且独立负责完整链路； 3、有机会深入参与AI Agent全栈工程，不局限于单一技术栈，从应用层到系统层建立完整实践经验。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先，具备某一领域的技术栈强项目，包括不限于客户端、前端、后端等； 2、具备持续好奇心，不仅对AI Agent/LLM/开发者工具能够保持持续兴趣，也要对新技术和新玩法进行主动了解和探索研究； 3、有创业思维，倾向快速做出Demo验证想法，认可用实践和动手来驱动理论和研究落地，为最终的业务价值负责； 4、具备一定产品直觉，能够有一定产品审美，愿意在真实使用场景中打磨细节和体验。
