1、负责字节跳动抖音系产品在泛体验、泛质量、泛安全领域下，LLM算法应用研究与落地工作，业务场景包括但不限于用户反馈理解、短视频理解、质量挖掘、热点挖掘、知识工程等； 2、跟踪LLM领域的最新研究成果，用以持续提升算法应用效果，研究方向包括并不限于指令微调、Harness工程、Multi-Agent系统、继续预训练、强化学习、表征学习、多模态对齐、Token压缩、推理优化、蒸馏等一系列技术； 3、深度参与产品研发项目，和产品经理/工程研发/质量/运营/服务等同学深度合作共创，提高项目整体效率和收益。

1、人工智能、计算机、电子等相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上算法研究与开发经验，具有一定的LLM开发和实际落地经验； 2、具备扎实的算法基础，熟悉TensorFlow/PyTorch/Keras等任一主流机器学习框架，具备模型训练、评估、部署等领域的端到端实践经验； 3、有较强的产品问题到算法模型的建模能力，有强烈的技术好奇心、自驱力和进取心，能及时关注和学习业界实践。

加分项： 1、了解GPU编程及常见推理加速，对大模型工程有较多落地经验者优先； 2、有国际会议（ICLR/ICML/NIPS/ACL/AAAI等）论文发表经验优先。
