1、负责构建和管理字节跳动机器学习平台底层基础设施，通过在离线统一调度器支持机器学习场景编排调度方案； 2、负责机器学习场景下，优化离线任务训练资源流转效率，提升CPU/GPU资源利用率； 3、负责设计和构建下一代大规模K8s/Yarn融合场景下的资源调度系统。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的数据结构和算法基本功； 3、熟悉Kubernetes架构，有丰富的云原生系统开发经验； 4、在GPU/Networking训练加速（RDMA）相关领域开发或使用经验（含Cuda/NCCL等工具），有GPU隔离技术研究和实践经验优先（含EGPU/MIG等）； 5、有较强的数据分析能力。

加分项： 1、熟悉主流的机器学习框架（TensorFlow/PyTorch/MXNet）； 2、有大型分布式系统的实践管理经验，或对业界计算基础设施动向有较强的热情。
