团队介绍：国际商业化产品与技术团队支持字节跳动国际短视频业务的广告产品与变现技术，我们负责end2end的大型广告系统建设，为客户提供商业推广方式与方案，覆盖字节跳动海外所有用户产品。站点可靠性工程师（SRE）负责建设高效、稳定的大规模、全球分布式广告系统，保障广告投放、数据、机器学习等系统的可靠性，优化系统架构，提升系统资源效率，构建自动化平台，保障广告系统持续稳定运行。

1、负责字节跳动全球广告系统下机器学习系统的稳定性工作，保障机器学习模型从数据、开发、训练、部署、推理、监控等环节的稳定高效运行；制定机器学习模型线上推理系统的SLO，保障线上推理系统的稳定运行；保障机器学习模型离线训练任务的稳定运行，持续提升训练任务成功率； 2、负责机器学习模型相关机器资源的管理与规划，保障资源匹配迭代需求，通过性能优化持续提升GPU/CPU利用率；负责机器学习新框架和新GPU的适配，主导规模化部署，保障业务效果持平； 3、负责机器学习相关MLOps平台开发，包括Quota管理、任务诊断、监控、资源管理等。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程相关专业； 2、具备业务运维经验；具备扎实的计算机软件开发基础知识，精通Linux操作系统、网络、存储等相关原理； 3、熟悉一种或多种编程语言，包括但不限于Python/Golang/Java/C等； 4、具备较强的分析和解决问题能力，有强烈的责任心，良好的学习能力、沟通能力和自驱力，良好的团队合作精神； 5、有分布式系统的运维和资源管理经验。

加分项 1、有机器学习系统SRE经验； 2、有广告、推荐、搜索业务SRE经验或云平台SRE经验。
