团队介绍：AI应用与创新团队，立足于抖音集团（抖音、直播、今日头条、番茄小说、财经等），致力于AI技术研究与业务创新赋能，包括：AI x 体验、 AI x 质量、AI x 安全等，助力业务品质与口碑的持续提升。 团队拥有算法（大模型、推荐、机器学习）、工程（后台、前端、大数据）、产品等多种职能岗位，地域覆盖深圳、北京、杭州、上海。 团队积极向上，工程师文化，技术氛围好，年度输出几十篇技术发明专利、10+次行业会议分享、一作一单位发表CVPR/ICML/NIPS/FSE/ASE等CCF-A高水平论文多篇。

1、负责字节跳动工程效率领域各业务场景下，自然语言处理应用研究与算法落地工作，业务场景包括但不限于热点发现/信息检索/智能对话/知识图谱/AIOps等； 2、跟踪NLP方向的最新研究成果，用以持续提升算法应用效果，研究方向包括但不限于文本分类/实体识别/语义匹配/关系抽取/文本生成/小样本学习/知识蒸馏等； 3、深度参与产品研发项目，和产品经理/业务研发/业务质量/运营等同学密切配合，提高项目整体效率和收益。

1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上NLP算法研究与开发经验； 2、熟悉Linux操作系统，熟练使用至少一门编程语言（Python、C++等优先），有优秀的工程实践能力，代码风格好； 3、熟悉主流的预训练模型，至少从事过文本分类/实体识别/语义匹配/关系抽取等其中任一方向的算法模型开发任务并有实际业务落地经验； 4、熟悉常用文本分析和处理工具，熟练掌握TensorFlow/PyTorch/Keras等任一主流机器学习框架； 5、有较强的业务问题到算法模型的建模能力，有强烈的求知欲、自驱力和进取心，能及时关注和学习业界最佳实践。

加分项： 1、具备优秀工程能力，有大规模数据处理经验者优先； 2、了解CPU/GPU编程及常见推理加速，对机器学习有较多工程落地经验者优先； 3、有国际顶级会议（ACL/EMNLP/IJCAI/AAAI/SIGIR等）论文期刊发表者优先。
