1、负责字节跳动中国区线上服务器全生命周期运营运维管理和技术服务，面向业务交付业界领先的服务器运营运维服务，促进和保障业务稳定发展；涵盖新产品运维引入、运维管控等运营适配、线上运营管理、稳定性运营管理、数据中心服务器运维管理、维保维修、运营流程规范和平台系统规划建设等方向； 2、负责服务器新产品引入运营管理和适配体系化建设，包含制定服务器运维标准基线，服务器硬件监控与制定，规划设计、迭代优化新品可维护性、易维护性、稳定性方案，负责新品引入运营风险识别和评估评审、新产品运营运维方案建设适配等； 3、深度参与线上新机型、新硬件及新场景的硬件监控方案制定和监控规则验证上线，精准定义并持续完善各类硬件故障判断标准，提升硬件监控的准确率与召回率，为服务器稳定运行保驾护航； 4、依托服务器底层黑盒日志展开深度分析，针对线上复杂的服务器硬件疑难故障，协同内外部团队精准定位根因，提高硬件故障监控诊断的明确化率与报修维修一致率，降低故障返修率； 5、负责线上服务器监控相关Oncall问题的快速排查、精准定位与深度分析，提供专业答疑；建立并完善硬件故障知识库，系统沉淀典型故障案例及高效排查方法论；推动监控自动化、智能化升级（如AIOps异常检测落地）、参与硬件监控系统建设及硬件运维流程标准化，编写并维护技术文档与操作手册。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先，3年以上服务器运营运维经验； 2、具备熟悉服务器全生命周期运营管理，具备服务拓展创新理念和运营服务拓展经验； 3、熟悉服务器硬件产品开发和交付流程，熟悉产品开发生命周期管理，包含产品线规划、产品阶段管理、产品文档管理等；熟悉服务器运维场景，熟练掌握服务器可维护性、易维护性、稳定性风险识别能力，具备服务器新产品引入运营适配经验力； 4、熟悉服务器硬件架构，涵盖X86/ARM架构、PCIe/NVMe协议，以及CPU、Disk、Memory、GPU/NPU、NIC、AOC等关键部件；熟悉BMC/IPMI协议、Redfish、Sensor、SEL日志、BMC OneKeyLog、GPU压测诊断，能够熟练运用相关技术进行硬件状态监测与故障排查； 5、熟练掌握Linux系统，擅长Linux系统下服务器硬件配置设置、故障排查；熟练掌握Shell脚本/Python/PHP/Perl/Lua等常用计算机语言之一； 6、具备良好的自驱力与学习能力，优秀的沟通能力、组织协调与项目推动能力；英语可作为工作语言者优先。
