1、负责制定游戏的内容社区运营策略，结合产品特色和项目节点，进行官方社区的搭建与运营，包括但不限于制定社区排期、内容规划，产出社区内容、发布落地并复盘调优； 2、根据版本、节日节点，策划执行社区、社群玩家活动，实现社区粉丝增长及用户活跃； 3、关注社媒社区传播热点，结合游戏特性，有计划地制定策略并落地优质PUGC内容； 4、通过平台活动、社区二次创作活动等，策划并落地UGC征集活动，孵化、储备和维系游戏创作者； 5、进行社区舆情监控，在重要节点产出并落地舆情方案，保持社区口碑正向。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上游戏社区运营经验； 2、内容创意能力强，有网感，对内容型社区有深入研究，具备PUGC、UGC策划/生产/运营经验； 3、对用户需求有较强的分析和理解能力，对社区舆情管控有相关经验。

加分项 1、有IP产品/二次元游戏社区运营经验者优先； 2、资深二次元、动漫IP游戏玩家优先，对游戏、动漫、二次元文化具有浓厚的兴趣和深入的了解。
