1、负责单项目在中国大陆市场的整体营销策略制定与落地执行，结合产品特色、版本节奏、及市场环境，输出整合营销方案，并对项目传播效果和资源效率负责； 2、围绕产品不同发行阶段及关键节点，统筹推进品牌传播、内容营销、创意素材、节点活动、渠道合作及投放协同，持续放大产品核心卖点与用户认知； 3、深入理解策略类、塔防及自走棋类产品的目标用户需求，跟踪行业趋势、游戏品类动态和内容生态变化，持续输出具备创意亮点和传播价值的市场方案； 4、与产品、运营、社区、投放、创意、媒介及外部合作伙伴保持紧密协作，整合内外部资源，推动重点营销项目高质量落地； 5、基于传播数据、用户反馈及项目复盘，不断优化营销节奏、内容方向和资源配置，提升营销投入产出效率，同时关注玩家社区与舆情表现，协同推进内容口碑建设、传播节奏管理和市场问题预警，支持项目长期品牌资产积累。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上游戏市场相关工作经验，有完整项目营销经验者优先；有策略类、竞技类、塔防类、自走棋类产品经验，或有中国大陆发行项目经验者优先； 2、对中国大陆游戏市场具备较深理解，熟悉游戏产品营销的主要模块，包括但不限于内容传播、活动策划、渠道合作、公关传播及产品内容承接； 3、具备较强的市场策略能力和用户洞察能力，能够从产品特性出发提炼卖点，并转化为可落地的营销方案； 4、具备良好的创意策划与内容判断能力，网感强，对热点、内容传播形式及用户讨论场有较高敏感度； 5、具备良好的沟通协同能力、执行推动能力和资源整合能力，能够在跨团队合作中高效推进项目落地； 6、结果导向，责任心强，具备较好的复盘意识与创新精神。

加分项 1、有新品上线、预约期、公测期或大版本节点营销项目经验； 2、有成功的内容营销、事件营销或整合传播案例； 3、熟悉B站、抖音、TapTap、直播平台等其他渠道内容生态； 4、具备一定数据分析能力，能够基于数据持续优化营销策略。
