1、负责XR设备中3DGS（3D Gaussian Splatting）、4DGS等新一代影像技术在相机/相册产品中的落地，包括拍摄、重建、浏览、编辑等完整链路设计； 2、探索面向未来的XR影像形态（如空间照片、空间视频、可交互影像等），定义XR相机与相册的产品形态与核心体验； 3、主导3D/4D影像在性能、画质、实时性等维度的评价体系建设，推动渲染质量、压缩效率、加载速度等关键指标持续优化； 4、与算法（3DGS/重建）、图形（渲染引擎）、系统及硬件团队协同，推进XR影像能力在端侧的工程化落地； 5、负责XR影像数据链路设计（采集→重建→存储→传输→展示），优化端云协同与资源调度策略； 6、跟踪行业前沿（如3D Gaussian Splatting、空间计算影像等），规划XR影像技术演进路线；结合用户场景（旅行记录、内容创作、沉浸式回放等），打造具有差异化的XR相机/相册产品能力。

1、有影像/相机/多媒体产品经验，或对3D影像、计算摄影、XR方向有强烈兴趣； 2、理解3D重建、神经渲染（如3DGS / NeRF）、SLAM或图形渲染基本原理者优先； 3、有XR（VR/AR/MR）或空间计算相关产品经验优先； 4、有Camera、ISP、图像处理或视频编解码相关经验优先； 5、3-5年手机或智能硬件行业产品经理经验优先； 6、具备较强的技术理解力，能够与算法、图形、系统团队高效沟通并推动复杂项目落地；对未来影像形态有思考（如“可浏览的照片”、“可进入的视频”），具备创新意识与产品判断力；具备良好的逻辑能力和数据意识，能够建立指标体系并驱动优化。
