1、负责PC端基础剪辑核心能力的开发与迭代，包括时间线、多轨编辑、素材管理、粗剪等功能模块，持续提升编辑体验与性能表现； 2、参与商业化能力建设，包括会员订阅、支付能力等链路的设计与落地，保障商业化计费准确性与用户体验； 3、参与AI Agent方向的端侧能力建设，将AI能力深度融入剪辑工作流； 4、参与技术方案设计与架构演进，推动模块解耦与代码质量提升，参与代码评审与技术分享； 5、与产品、设计、QA紧密协作，参与需求评审与排期，保障版本高质量交付。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，有客户端开发经验优先； 2、精通C++，熟悉面向对象设计与常用设计模式，具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础； 3、熟悉Windows/macOS平台开发，了解跨平台GUI框架（如Qt、CEF等）者优先； 4、具备良好的工程素养，熟悉CI/CD流程，有性能优化或内存治理经验者优先； 5、有音视频编辑、多媒体处理或图形渲染相关经验者优先； 6、对AI/LLM应用有了解或实践经验，对Agent、Function Calling等方向有热情，熟练使用AI编程工具（如Cursor、Copilot、Claude Code等），善于利用AI提升开发效率，有AI辅助编码的最佳实践沉淀者优先，具备跨团队协作能力与沟通能力，责任心强，能主动推动事情落地。
