1、负责People元数据平台的产品设计与规划，抽象核心元数据能力，支持灵活可扩展的业务需求； 2、与业务产品与研发团队协作，评审并优化People数据模型设计，确保模型的标准化、可扩展性与跨系统一致性； 3、负责People人事→People Admin主数据同步链路的功能迭代和稳定性优化，确保跨系统数据的准确性、及时性； 4、负责圈选组件、任务中心、公式编辑器、沙箱、服务授权等核心通用组件和服务的产品迭代，提升组件能力规范与研发复用效率； 5、主导People Admin等系统的下线规划与迁移方案，保障数据完整性、功能平滑过渡和用户体验。

1、5年以上产品经理或相关岗位经验，具备良好的需求分析、产品设计和跨团队沟通能力； 2、能独立推动复杂项目落地，具备优秀的逻辑思维和文档能力； 3、熟悉人力资源管理（HCM）领域的业务场景与数据模型（如CoreHR、薪酬、假勤、权限、流程）； 4、理解元数据、数据建模、权限模型的基本方法，有参与或设计平台型系统的经验优先； 5、对工作流引擎、配置化组件、系统集成有实际产品设计经验； 6、有SaaS平台产品、低代码/配置化平台、或HR系统相关产品或研发经验。
