1、负责AI数据标注项目的运营与交付，达成相关目标，覆盖标注质量、产能、上线与交付速度等维度，推动项目上线、稳定、高质量交付； 2、对外对接供应商，开展日常交付管理，提供运营支持，识别问题并协调相关方制定改进计划，在组织内对交付结果负责； 3、对内为业务方链接供应商资源，为业务诉求、项目、问题提供恰当资源和解决方案，端到端推动新项目落地； 4、负责相关供应商的预算及结算管理； 5、处理日常运营事务，如队列权限、平台资源、工具使用、看板优化等工作，覆盖项目启动及结束阶段的账号资源管理、平台权限控制及队列权限问题处理； 6、根据项目需求开展市场、语言、众包、外部专家相关研究，深入了解不同市场和业务模式特点，为业务方持续丰富外部工具箱。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、具备卓越的运营管理、协调沟通、应变能力，处理多变的业务形态及复杂诉求； 3、能有效识别问题、拆解问题、分析成因并持续优化；问题领域包括但不限于人力规划、现场管理、优先级管理、需求合理性等方面； 4、具备较强的数据分析及业务判断能力，能够清晰总结业务表现、识别问题并制定改进方案，同时向管理层进行有效汇报； 5、英语流利，作为工作语言。
