1、负责PICO商店“AI+生产力”生态场景的整体运营；作为该品类的运营BP，深度对接国内外AI+办公创作类应用，结合空间计算设备的特性，制定并落地运营方案，对本场景目标负责； 2、负责该品类应用在PICO商店的拉新和规模化增长；结合AI及生产力工具的场景化痛点，独立策划应用商店内工作流专题、跨应用联合活动，通过图文、短视频等内容形式引导用户，推动AI+办公场景从尝鲜到常用； 3、从0到1建设并运营中国和全球区“AI与生产力”核心用户社群；挖掘并培养重度极客用户，收集真实使用反馈并推动体验优化，发掘AI+生产力的新机会； 4、持续追踪全球AI+生产力应用的发展趋势；建立品类运营数据看板，沉淀生产力场景的标准化运营框架。

1、英语流利，熟悉生产力和AI相关术语和工作逻辑，可作为工作语言； 2、本科及以上学历，熟悉AI工具、熟悉全球各类生产力工具，有对自己办公工作流改造的经验，深度热爱前沿科技，了解XR产品方向优先； 3、必须有产品运营经验，有复合内容运营、活动运营、用户运营经验的优先；有AI产品或生产力产品经验的优先。
