1、负责制定并维护芯片软件项目的整体计划，包括但不限于规划、范围、时间表、里程碑和可交付成果，确保项目按时且在预算范围内进行交付； 2、领导跨公司、跨功能的软件团队，紧密合作各团队，协调项目目标和优先级，确保目标清晰、执行有力； 3、作为芯片软件团队与其他合作团队的主要接口，确保软件需求被充分理解，并在硬件设计早期考虑软件需求； 4、负责识别潜在风险并制定缓解计划，主动解决项目生命周期中出现的问题，并定期向管理层和项目核心团队报告软件项目的健康状况； 5、建立和维护软件开发和测试流程，确保交付物满足内部和终端产品团队的需求。

1、本科及以上学历，电子工程、微电子、计算机科学等相关专业； 2、5年以上项目管理经验，多媒体领域、消费电子行业相关经历优先； 3、具有RTOS/Android研发经验； 4、具备丰富的管理能力、出色的组织能力、卓越的沟通能力、良好的项目推进能力和较强的学习能力； 5、具备发现定位以及解决问题的能力，能够快速有效地应对挑战，做出决策确保项目成功。
