1、负责抖音XR和PICO视频相关业务的客户端研发工作； 2、负责创新型XR操作系统的相关技术调研，学习并应用新技术，提升产品力； 3、持续优化性能和打磨产品细节，提高产品体验； 4、与产品经理配合，参与产品需求讨论，功能定义，给出合理的技术方案等。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、热爱并看好VR行业的未来，愿意在此领域持续钻研并成为专家； 3、扎实的数据结构和算法基础；精通至少一门编程语言，包括但不限于：Java、Kotlin、C++、C#； 4、对新技术保持热情，能够持续学习和应用新技术支持项目迭代演进； 5、具有独立思考、发现问题与分析解决问题的能力；与产品经理，设计、能良好沟通，协同团队解决各类开发中的问题。

加分项： 1、具有Android项目开发的经验； 2、具有U3D项目开发的经验； 3、VR App开发经验。
