1、设计并推动个人到团队的增长路径：识别团队需求，在适合的场景中呈现团队订阅价值和入口，优化从了解、试用到购买、权益生效和团队使用的完整体验； 2、推动相关产品之间的识别、衔接和效果衡量，建设分层与触达机制；结合使用行为和购买意图，设计消息触达、试用权益、培育等运营策略； 3、围绕团队订阅优化购买入口、试用权益、交易及成员使用体验；协同个人业务及相关产品团队，衔接飞书等场景中的个人使用与付费入口，推动有团队需求的用户进入团队试用和购买路径； 4、独立定义增长问题、提出产品和运营方案，并推动上线与验证，与相关产品、研发、数据团队协作完成客户端、交易和后端策略等环节，持续优化关键转化步骤； 5、与运营、私域直播及销售团队协作：可以自助购买的用户完成自助转化，需要方案或采购支持的企业机会进入销售承接；建立跟进反馈与持续培育机制； 6、通过漏斗分析、研究和实验，持续提升团队激活、使用与留存、个人到团队转化、团队付费及订阅收入，沉淀可复用的增长机制。

1、有产品增长与商业化的复合经验，曾通过产品和运营手段承担付费转化、订阅收入或用户价值提升等明确业务目标； 2、有从发现问题、设计方案、推动研发上线到运营验证的完整项目经历，能够说明自己实际负责的决策、动作和结果； 3、理解用户从激活、留存到付费的完整路径，熟悉会员权益、试用、交易或订阅机制，并能将这些机制与用户分层、触达和培育结合； 4、具备较强的数据分析与实验能力，能找到转化瓶颈，区分人群、产品体验、权益设计与运营策略的影响，持续迭代； 5、能推动跨产品、跨团队协作，在资源和职责边界不完全确定时明确方案、优先级和交付依赖，对业务结果持续负责； 6、有个人用户向团队或企业转化经验、产品增长与销售协作经验者优先；有AI、办公协作、效率工具或订阅型产品经验者优先。
