1、日语可作为工作语言，熟悉日本商务礼仪； 2、有一定项目管理监修经验，熟悉日本版权协作流程； 3、游戏爱好者，熟悉ARPG游戏框架和研发流程，高效理解游戏监修模块； 4、了解监修产品特点，能够妥善处理监修中的各类问题风险； 5、具备一定的项目管理能力，能够配合各方制定监修计划并推进落地； 6、具备较好的理解力与文档处理能力，有效整合监修素材文档与版方反馈，帮助团队积累监修经验并有效输出，能接受一定周期内工作地东京。
