1、主导全球知名IP动作新游戏全球研发全流程的设计、落地与迭代，覆盖从立项、研发、测试到上线及长线运营的全生命周期，推动跨部门（研发、产品、运营、技术中台等）流程优化，解决流程卡点并建立可持续优化的机制； 2、负责统筹多地区研发资源的协调，建立跨厂商、跨层级的协作框架，主导制定研发资源分配规则与优先级机制，确保核心目标对齐与高效落地； 3、负责全链路把控研发质量与效能，设计研发效能评估指标体系（如迭代周期、需求交付率、线上缺陷率等），推动工具链（如JIRA、Confluence、CI/CD工具）与数据中台建设，支撑效能提升与问题溯源； 4、主导研发风险管理，建立风险预判模型，提前识别跨研发与合作中的结构性风险，推动制定止损方案并落地执行； 5、负责3D动作角色生产管线的建设与持续优化，统筹角色资产从概念设计、建模绑定、动作捕捉/动画制作到引擎整合的全流程，建立标准化生产和质量规范，提升角色产能与交付品质和效率。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上游戏研发项目管理经验，其中至少3年主导过全流程研发管理，有成功推动研发流程重构并实现效能提升案例者优先； 2、精通敏捷（Scrum/Kanban）、瀑布及混合项目管理方法论，有独立设计并落地复杂研发流程体系的经验，持有PMP/ACP认证者优先； 3、具备强领导力与项目把控力，有带领PM团队以及跨职能管理的经验； 4、主导过多地区多团队合作研发项目优先，有动作品类经验优先，有3D动作角色生产管线建设经验者优先。
