1、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，5年以上项目管理经验，有PMP证书优先； 2、有国际化电商从业经验，熟悉国际化电商相关业务逻辑，包括但不限于：物流、支付、广告或用户产品； 3、有良好的沟通能力，可应对复杂跨部门合作场景，有从0-1搭建敏捷迭代流程的经验； 4、英语流利，有3年及以上国际化工作或学习经历。
