1、深入团队业务，协助互娱研发团队，负责重点项目的流程管控，制定并推动流程落地、持续改进； 2、针对团队协作优化、效率提升，协同各部门、各角色，保证项目过程和结果的按质按量持续交付； 3、持续发现和分析团队、业务、项目中的共性问题，进行风险管理以及改进措施的落地； 4、结合业务和团队特点，积累和沉淀项目管理经验及方法论、团队知识库，赋能培训团队项目管理相关内容以优化团队整体协作效率； 5、作为PMO团队（项目管理办公室）一员，支持互娱研发相关的其他公用项目跟进及目标达成。

1、本科及以上学历，有互联网相关行业的项目管理相关技能（规划、执行、监控）及经验（3~5年），较强的项目把控能力和极强的项目交付能力； 2、有较强的沟通能力（满足跨部门、跨角色、跨团队沟通），良好的与人交流协作的能力； 3、有较高的责任心、较强的抗压能力，以及目标导向的落地执行能力、问题解决能力； 4、有较强的本质思考和根因归纳分析能力，具有一定的数据分析能力； 5、乐意迎接变化接受挑战，持续学习，自律； 6、加分项：有技术背景、英语流利、持有PMP或Scrum等认证。
