1、项目管理与业务交付：负责大型项目的全生命周期管理，能管理和协调大型项目/项目集/项目组合，深入理解业务，在规定时间内拿到既定业务目标，对项目过程和结果负责；并能结合客户预期和业务现状，不断适配最优的节奏与规划并主导执行到位； 2、流程管理及效率提升：深入研发团队业务，协助团队开展内部和跨团队的重点项目管理、流程优化，团队建设等工作；能通过对过程的观察及定量/定性分析度量，诊断项目效率痛点并推动协同团队做改进提升； 3、知识沉淀及团队赋能：结合业务和团队特点，积累和沉淀项目管理经验及方法论、团队知识库，并赋能培训团队项目管理相关内容以优化团队整体协作效率，提升项目管理能力；并持续抽象将通用流程/规范平台化、工具化、自动化。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上互联网产品项目管理相关经验； 2、沟通能力强，能够适应快节奏，能适应跨国协作模式，独立承担项目管理工作； 3、对新事物保持敏感和好奇心，善于学习，以结果为导向，不设边界，有很强的主人翁意识； 4、善于深度思考问题，具备优秀的逻辑思维及分析能力，对数据高度敏感，具备良好的业务和技术理解能力； 5、有特效、音视频编辑、AI行业、深度学习、图像视觉、解决方案等相关从业背景者优先； 6、加分项：有产品或技术背景、持有PMP或CSM等认证，英语可作为工作语言。
