1、承接抖音技术年度目标（成本、质量稳定性、安全隐私、体验、服务架构、客户端架构、AI基建）中目标拆解、立项论证、过程Review与复盘，形成“目标—里程碑—风险—收益”的项目集管理闭环，对结果负责； 2、主导机房排布、成本优化等横向+业务协同的复杂专项项目集管理，推进质量稳定性治理：变更治理、极端风险治理、Agent安全等专项，前置识别风险、主动暴露并推动问题解决，守住“改造—测试—上线—收益核算”关键节点； 3、推进客户端架构类项目、多端编程等技术创新提效目标达成，同步推进AI基建类项目落地； 4、组织目标管理与机制建设：与研发负责人对齐年度规划与OKR、管理预算执行监控，推进技术类工作收益评估与ROI透明化，沉淀项目管理方法论与模板，探索AI提效融入专项管理。

1、本科及以上学历，有互联网项目管理/PMO经验，能理解技术链路、识别风险并有判断力； 2、学习能力强、有好奇心，能快速进入机房、成本、稳定性、端架构等新领域并形成自己的思考（若有经验可复用，若无则快速学习可理解）； 3、主动有想法，不满足于跟进同步，能从目标、机制、风险视角发现问题、提出方案并推动落地； 4、沟通推动力强，能推进跨部门、跨角色复杂协同，拿结果。

加分项： 1、成本/机房/稳定性/变更治理/端架构等任一专项管理经验； 2、擅长数据分析； 3、有AI工具实践。
