1、负责TikTok DATA 和DATA Arch重点研发项目端到端交付管理，对项目结果负责； 2、深入理解团队和业务实际，识别、分析痛点和风险，协助完成团队内部和跨团队的流程建设、持续优化；持续抽象将通用流程/规范平台化； 3、通过定量/定性分析度量项目收益及交付效率，给出有效洞察和建议，并持续驱动落地，提升效能； 4、结合业务和团队特点，积累和沉淀项目管理经验及方法论、团队知识库，并赋能培训团队项目管理相关内容以优化团队整体交付效能； 5、作为PMO团队成员，负责或协助TikTok相关横向项目目标达成。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上项目管理/互联网产品技术等相关经验，对项目管理相关知识和技能理解深入，同时有较好的业务、技术理解力； 2、对项目管理流程搭建和优化，对产品研发效能分析和提效有深入思考和实际经验； 3、自驱，自律，具有较强的责任心、抗压能力，擅长以目标导向的落地执行、问题解决，能够适应高强度快节奏的工作，独立承担相对复杂的项目管理和交付； 4、较强的沟通、协作、影响力，以结果为导向，善于跨部门、跨地域、跨职能协作、推进和落地； 5、开放心态，热爱快节奏和不断变化的环境；有好奇心，善于学习，有较强的深度思考、根因分析、结构化表达能力； 6、加分项：英语流利；有技术背景；有项目管理行业经验；海外或国际化项目管理工作经验；持有PMP或Scrum等认证。
