1、负责算法质量管理、系统稳定性治理相关项目的整体推进，制定项目目标、里程碑和协同机制，确保重点事项按计划落地；在复杂项目中承担组织协调和推进角色，帮助团队提升协作效率、交付质量与稳定性水平； 2、与算法、研发、运维等多团队协作，推动跨团队需求对齐、风险识别、资源协调和问题闭环； 3、搭建和优化质量管理机制，包括但不限于测试准入、发布质量管控、变更风险治理、故障复盘、问题跟踪与持续改进；推动稳定性建设相关专项，围绕线上事故预防、质量度量、风险预警、故障归因和治理闭环建立长期机制； 4、建设项目与质量运营指标体系，沉淀可度量、可复盘、可持续优化的方法和流程，结合业务发展阶段，持续识别质量与稳定性瓶颈，推动平台化、机制化治理方案落地。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信、电子信息或相关专业优先； 2、具备较强的跨团队沟通与项目推进能力，能够推动多角色协同，协调依赖并达成共识； 3、对研发流程、测试流程、发布流程、质量保障或稳定性治理有较深入理解，能够识别风险并推动机制改进； 4、具备一定技术理解能力，能够与研发和算法团队进行高效沟通，理解系统架构、技术方案或质量风险场景； 5、具备结构化思考与问题拆解能力，能在复杂环境下推动项目落地；具备较强的数据意识和复盘意识，能够通过指标、流程和机制持续优化交付质量。

加分项 1、具备QA/QE/测试开发/SQA/质量管理/稳定性治理相关经验优先；或有从质量职能向项目管理、技术运营或治理岗位发展的意愿； 2、有算法平台、推荐/搜索/广告、机器学习平台或数据平台相关质量治理经验； 3、有线上稳定性治理、故障管理、发布管理、质量平台建设或工程效率提升经验； 4、有自动化测试平台、质量平台、监控平台或风险治理工具建设经验； 5、有复杂技术项目、跨部门专项或组织级流程优化项目推进经验； 6、有从QA/SQA成功转型为TPM、项目经理、质量项目负责人或稳定性负责人的经历。
