1、负责研发团队大型项目的全生命周期管理，能管理和协调大型项目/项目集/项目组合，在规定时间内拿到既定业务目标，对项目结果负责；能通过定量/定性分析度量项目产出及效率； 2、对技术团队的横向项目整体实施负责，全生命周期参与并领导项目的规划、推进和交付，能管理和协调大型项目/项目集/项目组合； 3、了解各团队需求，提出解决方案和推动实施落地，推动跨团队协作，协助完成团队内部和跨团队的重点项目管理，流程优化，落地实施等工作； 4、承担部门的重点大型专项的项目管理支持工作，通过运用项目管理专业技能和对业务、技术的理解，确保重点项目高质量按时交付； 5、结合业务和团队特点，积累和沉淀项目管理经验及方法论、团队知识库，并赋能培训团队项目管理相关内容以优化团队整体协作效率；并持续抽象将通用流程/规范平台化。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上管理咨询/战略研究/项目管理/互联网产品技术等相关经验； 2、沟通能力强，能够适应快节奏的工作； 3、对新事物保持敏感和好奇心，善于学习，以结果为导向，不设边界，有很强的主人翁意识； 4、善于深度思考问题，具备优秀的逻辑思维及分析能力，具备良好的业务理解能力； 5、加分项：有技术背景、英语流利、持有PMP或Scrum等认证。
