1、负责平台爆款漫剧的端外整体宣发策略制定与执行，包括不限于利用端外各个渠道宣发短剧，以提升用户侧对红果短剧的认知度与好感度； 2、根据不同宣发渠道，落地不同宣发策略，包括不限于物料制作、艺人统筹、冲榜辅助、文案撰写、活动策划等； 3、统筹并协同剪辑、设计及外部厂牌，产出高质量剧宣物料（如预告片、战报、主视觉等），基于深厚的阅片量与审美能力，对物料的创意、质感及传播力进行把关； 4、结合AIGC工具，探索并落地漫剧二次创作、虚拟IP宣传等创新玩法，并能够独立负责线下漫剧相关活动的策划与统筹执行。

1、本科及以上学历，具备平台内容运营或文娱行业相关经验；对短剧（尤其AI漫剧、AI仿真人短剧）、影视、网文、动漫行业有深刻理解，阅片量大，有丰富的文娱影视（特别是短剧、漫剧赛道）知识储备； 2、有参与过漫剧或影视宣发项目的完整经历，熟悉宣发流程中的关键环节；具备良好的对外沟通能力，能有效对接厂牌及合作方，在项目协同中展现出较强的推动力； 3、具备成熟的文案撰写能力与创意策划能力，有脚本创作经验；对抖音等平台的热梗、二次元玩法及文娱热点有敏感度，能将创意有效落地为传播内容； 4、具备良好的物料审美，能够对营销号脚本及海报等视觉物料进行质量把控，对输出内容的品质有严格要求； 5、自驱力强，具备出色的跨部门沟通与协作能力，面对复杂问题能灵活变通、主动寻找解决方案，对结果负责。
