1、负责红果短剧官方账号内容的把控、发布、投流、评论监测、热榜巡查、数据统计等运营工作； 2、负责红果短剧品牌宣传活动项目推进，与剪辑、设计、厂牌进行物料对接、质量品控； 3、负责偶尔出差的品牌活动线下艺统支持，辅助落地线下活动； 4、负责与运营、策略、管理等多方进行沟通协作对接。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上运营类工作经验，有项目全流程落地经验者优先； 2、具备良好的数据敏感度与逻辑分析能力，能围绕交付数据、收益数据等指标搭建监控与复盘机制，通过数据洞察问题并推动策略迭代； 3、拥有清晰的表达逻辑和高效的跨部门沟通能力，擅长协调交付、策略、运营等多方资源解决复杂问题，具备良好向上同步与对外呈现能力； 4、能够独立负责线上官号运营及线下活动统筹，目标感强，能积极主动推进项目，自主解决问题与卡点，统筹协调能力强。

加分项： 1、短剧深度用户，阅剧量多，对爆款短剧、短剧演员、短剧热门事件及活动有充足了解。
