1、本科及以上学历，3年以上电商运营/内容运营工作经验，英语可作为工作语言，国际生活经验优先； 2、了解欧美创作者生态，对KOL内容生态（短视频、图文、直播）有了解，有KOL运营、达人营销运营背景优先；有达人拉新及孵化经验优先； 3、自驱力强，具备逻辑化、结构化思考能力，数据意识佳，能够推动跨部门、跨业务线的合作，目标导向。
