1、负责项目执行阶段的日常质量监控、规则答疑、申诉案例裁决等质控工作，确保项目执行尺度的一致性；针对内容治理和申诉中暴露的高频问题，分析根因并输出优化方案，推动规则迭代、SOP完善及标注质量的持续提升； 2、支持新规则上线前的试标工作，评估规则可执行性、标注难度与人均产能，为项目排期和人力配置提供数据支撑； 3、负责队列质量保障方案制定，了解各用工模式特点与不同内容治理策略的差异，结合项目场景及时调整质量保障方案，并支持方案落地； 4、支持业务上游的标签申诉复议场景裁决工作，评估标签变更合理性，协助业务方持续提升内容标签体系的模型打标质量； 5、支持业务上游的优质玩法识别打标，协助业务方持续提升优质玩法模型准召。

1、本科及以上学历，1年以上数据标注/内容质量把控/质量保障相关工作经验； 2、具备良好的数据分析能力，能够通过质量数据定位问题并推动改进；熟悉SQL、Excel数据透视等数据分析工具者优先； 3、逻辑清晰，具备较强的规则理解能力和案例判定能力，能够在复杂边界场景下做出准确判断； 4、具备较强的沟通表达能力和培训组织能力，能够跨团队沟通，高效完成规则传递与外部团队赋能； 5、工作细致、责任心强，具备良好的团队协作精神； 6、具备良好的网感，熟悉网络热门玩法，有短视频内容运营经验优先。
