1、根据可颂内容规范，负责内容治理与评优、内容标注，对上线内容安全性、分发质量和标注准确度负责； 2、完成对于各队列抽检内容内容治理、高审裁决以及内容标注等工作，通过抽检、裁决反馈内容、Diff率情况快速发现一轮的错误集中点，观察标准的执行效果，收集初审的疑难反馈，反馈标准执行过程中的不足之处，推动问题解决，保证质量提升； 3、标准疑问对接确认，规则尺度及更新内容内部拉齐下沉、可落地执行性评估、标准模糊等问题举手； 4、重点业务专业性培训支持，内部业务能力打通。

1、本科及以上学历，具备一定内容治理经验； 2、对社交类软件及图片视频题材具备审美发展趋势、主流社交平台、主流节日主题等有一定了解者优先； 3、具备内容风险意识，工作主动性高，具备规则延展思考力，工作细心，耐心，责任心强，能适应重复性工作，能够随机应变； 4、擅长对外沟通，有责任心，具备较强的沟通表达能力与团队协作精神，有推动项目落地经验。
