1、依据治理标准，开展二次质检工作，一般以裁决为主，少量抽检任务，处理答疑和申诉，质量分析归因反馈标准侧和执行侧问题，给出提升方案并落地提升治理准确率，对于下沉BPO用工的业务，进行供应商培训、答疑、质量分析协助支持； 2、根据业务质量监控体系，对各类质量监测数据进行统计和分析，定期对团队质量进行分析与业务诊断，输出改善建议，协助推动策略及团队流程优化； 3、根据业务需求，制定业务质量专项，跟进标准落地执行情况，合理协调内外部资源，统筹推进专项工作落地，输出专项文档资料，促进各项关键指标有效提升； 4、参与模型标注支持，协助业务对应Agent的模型迭代优化。

1、本科及以上学历，了解质量治理链路的基本逻辑，具备风险与问题的主动挖掘意识，能够对突发风险做出及时响应； 2、具备较好的数据敏感度与数据分析能力，善于通过复盘总结沉淀方法论，能够系统性拆解并解决问题； 3、具备较强的自主学习能力与内驱力，责任心强，具备良好的同理心与团队协作意识； 4、有QC、QA岗位经验优先。
