1、负责字节跳动全系产品的品牌广告变现，覆盖抖音、今日头条、西瓜视频、番茄小说等十几款App； 2、负责品牌流量变现全方向业务，涵盖闭环、非闭环场景下的短视频、直播、内容营销，涉及广告保量与出价机制、成本与ROI优化、5A营销科学、广告模型优化等； 3、负责中国区品牌广告排序算法全链路优化，包括召回、粗排、精排、混排等各阶段模型，从建模方法、模型结构、特征与样本策略等维度提升系统变现效率与客户体验； 4、挖掘并分析海量，通过用户行为超长序列建模、全域学习、多场景迁移学习、生成式模型等技术提升算法效率，针对信息流、开屏、搜索品牌专区等场景建设特征并优化模型，提升品牌推广在各场景的收入、ROI、GMV等指标，同时与产品、运营等团队紧密合作，探索算法在品牌各场景的解决方案。

1、具备扎实的算法和数据结构基础，熟悉C++/Python语言以及TensorFlow、PyTorch等开源工具； 2、机器学习基础扎实，熟悉LR、DNN、Wide&Deep、Transformer、DIN等经典算法模型及其原理； 3、对技术充满热情，持续关注行业内人工智能技术的发展趋势，善于理解和分析问题的本质，勇于应对挑战； 4、具备良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神，拥有快速学习的能力，具备优秀、严谨、乐观的品质； 5、有广告/推荐/搜索等系统模型优化背景经验者优先。
