The posting

1、负责实时通话/直播/智能对话场景，跨平台（iOS/Android/Windows/Mac/Linux/HarmonyOS）音频SDK的架构设计与核心模块开发，涵盖设备管理、混音、算法处理、编解码等全链路功能； 2、集成与优化自研及第三方音频处理算法模块，包括噪声抑制、音频特效、音质优化、音频检测等，完成相关算法在各场景下的策略优化； 3、负责音频编解码模块的开发与优化，包括Opus、AAC等编解码器的集成、参数调优及码率自适应策略； 4、参与音频数据在实时传输链路中的优化，配合网络传输完成抖动缓冲、丢包恢复等弱网对抗能力建设； 5、负责SDK对外交付，提供高质量C++核心接口及面向各平台的语言封装层。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、通信工程、信号处理等相关专业，3年以上音视频或多媒体SDK开发经验； 2、熟悉C/C++，具备良好的系统编程能力，深入理解内存管理、多线程编程及高性能数据结构； 3、熟悉至少两个客户端平台的音频系统API，如AudioUnit、AAudio/OpenSLES、WASAPI； 4、熟悉跨平台开发流程和工具，如CMake构建系统、CI/CD流程、JNI/OC/Swift等跨语言绑定； 5、具有较好的代码风格，具备优秀的问题分析与定位能力，能独立排查音频链路中的延迟、卡顿、爆音、回声等体验问题； 6、具备音频互娱/通话/AIGC等场景的音质优化/音频检测算法的调优、测评、策略优化能力，或集成ASR、端到端智能对话SDK等开发经验者优先。

加分项： 1、熟悉实时音频3A处理流程有工程化落地经验； 2、熟悉常见音频编解码格式及标准（Opus、AAC），了解编解码器性能特征及参数调优策略； 3、了解实时音视频传输基本原理，包括RTP/RTCP协议、抖动缓冲、丢包恢复、带宽估计等； 4、熟悉常见流媒体协议（RTMP、FLV、HLS），有音视频推拉流开发经验； 5、有使用或集成WebRTC音频模块、GStreamer、FFmpeg等开源框架经验。
