团队介绍：产品研发和工程架构-Seed 团队深耕大模型技术在场景中的创新应用，负责多款AI产品的工程研发 —— 包括豆包、飞书、豆包工作、豆包爱学、Gauth、猫箱等创新产品，覆盖消费级与企业级多个场景。我们致力于将大模型能力从 "生成内容" 推进到 "完成工作"，让 AI 服务用户日常与企业协作。你将面对多模态交互、工具调用可靠性、企业级数据安全等真实工程挑战，与团队一起推动 AI 生产力落地。

1、负责豆包工作（重点为编程场景）大模型策略的设计与优化，通过Prompt调优、Agent流程与Harness设计，提升任务完成率、编程准确率、执行效率与用户体验； 2、负责相关场景的模型效果优化，构建并优化训练数据，通过大模型后训练提升算法准确率与效率，推进模型迭代； 3、负责离线与在线评测体系建设，让效果可衡量、策略可回归，并基于评测与案例分析持续驱动策略和模型改进； 4、负责业务指标建模、数据分析与实验设计，量化策略收益、指导迭代方向，并完成策略的工程化上线与稳定性保障； 5、持续跟进LLM、AI Coding与Agent前沿进展，开展技术调研与创新，产出专利和论文。

1、硕士研究生学历及以上，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业，博士学位优先； 2、计算机基础扎实，具备优秀的代码能力、数据结构与算法功底，具备良好的工程设计、抽象与技术选型判断力；能合理借助AI完成问题拆解与高质量实现，并对AI输出做Review、验证，对结果负责； 3、具备扎实的机器学习与大模型基础，熟悉大模型、Agent与AI Coding的基本原理、能力边界与适用场景，了解Prompt/Context工程、模型与工具选择及评测方法，能够针对模型做适配，对Agent、工具调用等应用技术有深入理解或实践； 4、熟悉大模型后训练、强化学习算法、数据生产管线，在大模型领域深度参与过有影响力的项目或高水平研究工作； 5、逻辑清晰，学习与动手能力强，自驱积极，具备攻坚钻研的韧性。
