团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、深度参与视频生成模型版本评测及专项分析，基于真实创作流程、工具使用和内容生产视角，评估模型在创意表达、画面美感、叙事能力、剪辑节奏及场景可用性等方面的表现；参与Benchmark及专项评测体系建设，将主观创作经验转化为可执行、可复用的评测标准； 2、结合实际创作需求，识别模型能力短板、产品使用痛点及现有评测盲区，形成专业、可落地的专家Insight和优化建议；与模型、产品、评测及数据团队协作，将评测发现转化为模型优化、产品改进和数据建设方向，并持续验证优化效果； 3、围绕广告、短片、影视、互动内容等场景，设计具有代表性的创作任务、标杆案例和高质量Prompt，探索模型能力边界与生成上限； 4、持续跟踪行业模型、优秀AIGC作品、创作者生态及内容趋势，开展产品分析，为模型迭代和产品方向提供外部洞察。

1、具备丰富的视频内容创作经验，熟悉创意策划、脚本、分镜、拍摄、后期剪辑等环节； 2、深度使用过主流AIGC图像或视频生成工具，能够独立完成从创意构思、素材生成到剪辑成片的完整流程； 3、具备良好的视觉审美、叙事判断和内容分析能力； 4、对视频生成模型具有较强兴趣和敏感度，能够从创作者及真实生产场景出发，判断模型能力与应用边界； 5、具备较强的Vibe coding与AI Agent应用能力，能够借助AI编程及智能体工具搭建创作/工作流等； 6、具备良好的跨团队沟通能力，能够与模型研发、产品、评测和数据团队协同推进项目落地。
