1、负责Seedance2.5视频生成模型的专业评测体系建设，围绕叙事、镜头、场景、人物、动作、造型与声音画面关系等能力，定义评测维度、分级标准、典型样例和验收流程； 2、从导演、编剧、美术、摄影、表演、动作或服装等其中一个专业视角评审模型结果，识别影响成片可信度与创作可用性的具体问题，并将“画面不对”“表演不成立”等判断拆解为清晰、可复测的问题描述； 3、设计覆盖单镜头、多镜头叙事、多角色互动、复杂运动、时空连续性和风格一致性等场景的评测任务与压力测试集，验证模型在真实创作链路中的能力边界； 4、建立模型版本对比和问题归因机制，输出量化结果、典型案例及原因拆解，区分提示词、数据、模型、产品链路等影响因素，推动优化优先级与复测计划落地； 5、将专业审美与行业经验沉淀为可执行的评测规范、标注指南、案例库和校准机制，提升不同评测人员之间的判断一致性，并支持规模化评测； 6、深入广告营销、影视、短剧、动画、游戏、电商等客户场景，把客户创作目标和反馈转化为评测任务，确保评测结论能够反映真实生产效果，与算法、产品、数据及创作者团队协作，参与数据策略、能力定义和版本验收，持续跟踪国内外生成式视频产品、专业内容标准与前沿评测方法，迭代Seedance2.5的评测体系。

1、本科及以上学历，戏剧影视导演、戏剧影视文学、电影学、美术、摄影、表演、舞蹈、服装设计、动画或对应设计评测相关专业优先； 2、在上述至少一个专业方向具备扎实基本功与成熟判断标准，有电影、剧集、短剧、广告、动画、游戏、舞台或时尚项目经验，并能提供代表作品或项目案例； 3、能够把主观创作判断转化为清晰的评价维度、等级标准、正反样例和改进建议，对问题边界与优先级有准确判断； 4、对生成式AI与视频模型有强烈兴趣，愿意高频使用Seedance及主流图像、视频生成工具，理解提示词、参考图、角色资产和多轮生成对结果的影响； 5、具备优秀的文档表达、案例分析和跨团队沟通能力，能与产品、算法、数据及创作团队对齐评测结论并推动问题解决； 6、审美稳定，反馈具体，对新模型和新工作流保持学习速度，能够适应多版本并行评测。

加分项 1、有生成式视频、多模态模型或大模型评测经验，参与过评测集、标注规范、版本验收或红队测试建设； 2、有影视、动画、游戏、广告、舞台或时尚项目经历，作品曾上线、入围专业节展或获得行业奖项； 3、熟悉数据标注、Benchmark设计、统计分析或评测工具链，能够参与规模化、自动化评测方案建设； 4、有AI原生短片、虚拟制作、数字人、互动叙事或复杂AIGC内容项目经验。
