日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与商家端AI产品的规划与建设，围绕商家、商品、营销、内容等场景，深入理解不同类型商家的经营流程和痛点，将复杂业务问题转化为产品方案，持续降低商家的经营成本和操作门槛； 2、参与Seller Assistant、智能诊断、经营建议、任务规划与自动执行等AI应用设计，推动产品从“回答问题”走向“帮助商家完成经营任务”； 3、与算法、研发、设计及业务团队紧密协作，完成需求分析、方案设计、项目推进、上线验证和持续迭代； 4、建立产品效果与AI评测指标，关注回答是否准确、建议是否有效、任务是否完成，并持续通过数据和商家反馈优化体验； 5、持续关注AI产品和电商行业发展，将新技术转化为能够实际落地的商家产品。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备优秀的英语读写能力，英语可完成日常工作沟通，逻辑能力和执行力强，善于沟通，主动积极，高度自驱，独立思考； 3、细心，有耐心，具备良好的数据分析能力； 4、有互联网电商产品、AI Agent实习经历优先。
