1、拥有5年工作经验，计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，有互联网工作经历最佳； 2、熟练掌握Java/C/C++/Go/Python等任一语言，在 Android/iOS/Web/Server端至少一个方向领域有深入的测试技术积累和项目经验； 3、具备比较好的质量视野，能够引入或自创适合本业务的质量模型； 4、在团队协作方面有比较强的敏感度，在团队管理和培养上有较深经验者优先； 5、自驱力强，学习能力强，逻辑清晰，思维敏捷，责任心强，有一定抗压能力。
