1、推动计费与支付领域的自动回复覆盖率达到80%——创建自动回复机制，识别当前自动化的差距，界定AI处理交互的范围，并与产品和AI团队合作弥合差距；与AI和产品团队协作，基于领域专业知识优化回复逻辑、升级触发机制和自动化覆盖范围；跟踪自动回复的绩效表现，对标质量基准，推动持续改进； 2、审核并改进AI生成的自动回复，提升其在计费与支付及TTO领域的准确性、语气和解决质量； 3、运用既定框架开展质量评估，监督QA指标，识别坐席及AI处理交互中的趋势； 4、收集内部团队、供应商反馈和客户信号的洞察，汇入产品VOC（客户之声）闭环，并转化为可执行的方案。

1、具备4年以上广告技术行业经验； 2、具备运用数据解决问题的分析经验，并能提供可落地的业务洞察； 3、熟练进行产品培训； 4、熟练使用数据分析工具（如Excel），了解可视化工具（如Tableau/Power BI）； 5、具备向技术和非技术受众解决问题及沟通的经验； 6、具备较强的口头和书面沟通能力。
