1、作为企业端豆包工作SMB业务PLG增长链路的数据负责人，搭建从流量获取、MQL转化、销售触达到商机转化、续费增购的全链路指标体系，用数据透视增长全貌，精准定位增长瓶颈与机会点，让每一个数据都成为增长决策的依据； 2、深度参与目标拆解、业绩预测和经营复盘，将复杂数据转化为清晰的增长洞察和可执行方案，你的分析结论将直接影响业务策略制定和资源投入方向，用数据说话、为增长负责； 3、牵头跨部门重点增长项目，联动销售、产品、运营、数据团队，从问题定义到方案落地全链路负责，打破协作壁垒、解决关键阻塞，用项目成果实实在在推动增长指标跃升； 4、深度使用豆包及各类AI工具重塑数据分析、经营播报和项目管理流程，探索AI在销售运营场景的创新应用——你不仅是AI产品的分析师，更是AI工作方式的先行者和实践者，用AI重新定义增长运营的效率边界。

1、具备销售运营、商业分析、增长运营或策略运营经验，理解PLG、销售漏斗和用户生命周期经营； 2、数据分析能力扎实，熟练使用SQL及BI工具，能独立完成问题定义、分析和结论表达； 3、项目推进和沟通能力强，能在多团队协作中建立共识、解决阻塞并对结果负责； 4、有实际AI工具使用经验，能说明具体场景和业务收益； 5、熟悉PLG业务数据分析相关经验者优先。
