团队介绍：字节跳动基础设施部门，负责字节跳动的全栈算力基础设施，从芯片服务器产研、到超大规模数据中心，到传统云平台和如今的AI Native Cloud，全方位为抖音、豆包、今日头条、飞书、火山引擎等各类产品提供领先、稳定的百万量级大规模算力基础设施服务。我们的领域涵盖数据中心建设、内核操作系统开发、服务器集群管理、高速网络通信、EB级数据存储体系、搜索型数据库探索、基于LLM的AI基础设施的研发调度与治理等，致力于打造业界领先的、面向LLM的AI云原生基础设施架构与产品矩阵。

1、负责云网络产品（VPC、EIP、NAT、VPN、TR/PrivateLink、CLB/ALB/NLB等）稳定性建设与日常保障；建立可用性指标体系（SLA/SLO/SLI）、容量基线与演练机制；参与故障应急与复盘，推动根因治理，降低MTTR； 2、建立/优化变更准入机制（评审、灰度/回滚、自动化校验、风险分级）；推动发布流水线建设，提升发布效率与成功率； 3、建设监控告警体系（指标/日志/链路/事件联动），提升告警质量，降低噪音；建设值班体系、故障预案与Runbook，推动无人值守/自愈能力落地；探索智能告警与辅助诊断能力（告警聚合降噪、异常检测、故障摘要/排障建议），缩短MTTR； 4、沉淀工具/平台（运维、诊断、容量、变更平台），提升团队运维效率；能将LLM等能力用于运维提效； 5、与研发、测试、产品等团队协同，拉通推进稳定性与交付质量闭环。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机/网络/软件/信息安全等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础：熟悉Linux基本使用，了解网络基础（TCP/IP、路由/NAT/负载均衡等）； 3、熟悉1-2种开发语言（Go/Python/Shell），有后端服务开发经验； 4、对AI有了解或实践（LLM，Agent），对智能运维方向有兴趣：愿意尝试用AIOps/LLM做告警降噪、排障辅助、知识库问答等； 5、责任心强、沟通顺畅：遇到问题积极推进，愿意复盘总结、把经验沉淀成文档/Runbook。

加分项 1、熟悉Codex、Claude Code、TRAE等AI Coding工具，将AI深度融入编码、调试、测试、文档和协作流程，主动用AI重构个人工作方式与研发习惯，并完成过生产级项目的开发上线与运营。
