1、负责企业级PCIe/NVMe SSD固件白盒测试工作，基于需求、设计和固件实现逻辑制定测试计划、测试方案和测试用例； 2、围绕SSD前端、FTL或后端模块开展测试设计与验证，覆盖协议一致性、数据路径、异常处理、可靠性、稳定性和性能等关键场景； 3、独立搭建和维护自动化测试环境，开发测试脚本和辅助工具，提升测试执行效率、回归覆盖率和问题发现能力； 4、根据项目排期完成测试资源规划、用例执行、缺陷提交、回归验证和测试结果汇总，持续跟踪版本质量风险；对测试中发现的问题进行复现、分析和初步定位，结合日志、协议信息、测试路径和固件行为推动问题闭环；与固件开发、系统测试、项目管理及供应商团队协作，推动关键问题解决，保障项目质量目标和交付节奏。

1、具备3-5年SSD、存储或相关固件测试经验，有企业级PCIe/NVMe SSD测试经验者优先； 2、熟悉PCIe、NVMe协议和SSD基本工作机制，对SSD前端、FTL或后端至少一个方向有较深入理解； 3、具备较强的白盒测试设计能力，能够根据需求和固件机制拆解测试场景、覆盖路径、边界条件和异常场景； 4、具备自动化测试开发能力，熟悉Python、Shell或其他常用脚本语言，能够独立完成测试脚本、工具和回归流程建设； 5、熟悉质量衡量方法和量化标准，能够通过用例覆盖率、自动化覆盖率、缺陷趋势、回归通过率、问题逃逸率等指标评估版本质量； 6、具备责任心和良好的协作意识，能够主动推进问题闭环，并与内部团队及供应商共同达成质量和排期要求。
